Baked Tofu
Here’s a vegan recipe I through together in a couple minutes.
Ingredients:
Tofu (preferably firm pressed)
Braggs
Sesame oil
Chopped garlic
Nutritional yeast
Flour
Garlic powder
Seasoning salt
Ground pepper
Savoury herbs (basil, oregano, parsley, celery seed, thyme, onion, sage, coriander)
The Process:
In a bowl mix all wet ingredients (Braggs, oil, & chopped garlic).
In another bowl mix the dry ingredients.
Slice the tofu into rectangular stripps and dip in wet bowl.
Let the excess liquid drip off and then coat in mix from the dry bowl.
Place on an oiled Pyrex dish and bake on 375C for twenty(ish) minutes.
